What earns store credit
- Learning towers (convertible, foldable and standard), baby swings, and climbers (climbing triangles, frames, arches, cubes and rocker & climbers).
- Not included: accessories, free gifts, and all other products.
How much you get
- 3% of the price you paid for eligible products, after discounts. VAT, shipping and any part of the order paid with store credit are not included.
- Your order must contain at least €100 of eligible products.
- Maximum €15 per order (or the same value in your order currency).
When you get it
- We add the credit to your customer account 14 days after your order is shipped. We send you an email when it arrives.
- The credit is in the same currency as your order.
How to use it
- Log in at checkout with the email address you used for your order. Your store credit appears as a payment option.
- You can use it on any product in our shop, together with your normal payment method.
Expiry
- Store credit is valid for 36 months from the day we add it. You can see the amount and the expiry date in your account.
Returns, refunds and cancellations
- If you return or we refund eligible products, we remove the store credit earned on those products.
- If you have already used that credit, we will contact you to settle it fairly.
- Cancelled orders do not earn store credit.
Good to know
- Store credit has no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. It is not a gift card.
- We may change or end this programme with notice. Credit you have already received stays valid until its expiry date.
