Shipping & Delivery
We work with European manufacturers to ship every order directly from local warehouses across the EU, UK, and US — so you get fast, local delivery no matter where you're ordering from.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed.
Delivery times
- European Union: 3–8 business days
- United Kingdom: 4–10 business days
- United States: 3–8 business days (available on select products only)
A small number of made-to-order items may take longer to dispatch — this will always be noted on the product page.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs vary by product and by destination, since each item ships from the warehouse closest to the manufacturer. The exact shipping cost for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Multiple items in one order
If your order includes products from different brands, each item may ship separately from its own warehouse, and you'll see this reflected in your shipping cost at checkout. Most orders, however, ship as a single parcel.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its journey to your door.
Delivery method
Depending on your location, orders are delivered either door-to-door by courier or to a nearby pick-up point. If no pick-up point is available near you, your order will be delivered directly to your address.
Remote areas and islands
Deliveries to islands or remote locations may carry a small additional fee, reflecting the actual extra cost of delivery — never more.
Import duties (non-EU customers)
For orders shipped outside the EU, you may be responsible for import VAT or customs duties upon delivery, depending on your country's regulations and the value of your order.
