About this product
When will it arrive?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–8 business days in the EU and 4–10 business days in the UK (US: 3–8 business days on selected products). You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
What if it arrives damaged or a part is missing?
Please check your order when it arrives and email contact@freeplaystudio.com straight away if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect. We will make it right and cover all costs of resolving any error on our end.
How do I return it?
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Email contact@freeplaystudio.com with your order number and we will arrange the return. Return shipping is free for approved returns.
How do refunds work?
Once we receive and approve your return, your refund is processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
